Here's how the Hurricane repair process works:
- We set up a time to come quote your yard or you provide the measurements for phone or email quote
- We submit a written bid (contract)
- Upon approval, we will charge an initial price of $15 to secure the contract (we do this not to take advantage, but to reimburse us for our travel to your location and our time for writing a formal contract).
- We will then schedule the job and put you on the calendar
- On or prior to the start date we will require 1/2 of the total be paid up front to cover our materials
- The remaining 1/2 will be due upon completion of project (most cases the next day).
BEWARE:
There are many "out of town" companies arriving in Houston to do fence work. How will you contact these guys if your fence falls down in a week? More importantly, they may take your deposit and skip town. There are also many "first timers" setting up fencing DBA's and trying to take advantage of the situation. While many of these folks are skilled and have gained experience working for a larger company in town, some of them just claim to know what they are doing in order to make a quick buck.Before you sign with a contractor please make sure they have insurance, references, and are established as a Houston business.
We have received many calls since the hurricane and some have been from past clients. However, 99% of the past clients are calling to say that their fences are still standing after the hurricane and they are referring others to us. Please contact us with any needs you have.
